Do I have to start with the audit?
Yes. Every engagement starts there. It means you're never asked to commit to a large implementation budget before anyone, including Clarinda, has actually looked under the hood of your portal.
What if I only have HubSpot Starter?
Onboarding projects are built for HubSpot Pro and Enterprise. If you're on Starter, the conversation usually starts with whether an upgrade makes sense for what you're trying to do.
Can I stop after implementation?
Yes. The retainer is optional, though most clients keep it on to stop the portal drifting back into the state that prompted the audit in the first place.
Do prices include HubSpot licence costs?
No. These prices cover Clavaro's consulting and implementation work. Your HubSpot subscription is billed separately by HubSpot.
